Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Team Support:

Ensure timely achievement of cut-off times.

Contribute to team performance enhancement.

Process large volume of customers order accurately and timely

Foster a collaborative teamwork environment with the sales team.

Sales Team Assistance:

Aid in the preparation of Sales Quotations.

Verify item availability promptly.

Accommodate requests for Sales order modifications.

Professional Customer Handling:

Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and adhere to proper phone/email etiquette, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Order Management and Follow-up:

Follow up with customers regarding outstanding orders.

Issue goods return notes and stock exchange forms as needed.

Process credit/debit/stock transfer request forms accurately.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate closely with the purchasing team, conveying specific customer requirements.

Liaise with logistics, purchasing, and sales teams regarding stock and delivery issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
