Senior Accountant — Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join a company working with international financial operations and cross-border payments .

This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with a strong accounting and banking background who can independently manage financial documentation, accounting processes and proper recording of company expenses.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial documentation

Prepare, review and organize invoices and supporting documents

Ensure all company expenses, payments, bonuses, reimbursements, professional fees, and other business-related costs are properly documented and recorded for accounting and tax purposes

Work with banks and payment documentation related to international transactions

Maintain accurate records and ensure transactions are supported by appropriate documentation

Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve accounting processes and reduce unnecessary expenses

Proactively identify potential accounting or documentation issues and propose solutions

Coordinate with management, banks, tax consultants, and other external parties when required

Requirements

Senior-level accounting experience

Strong banking or financial services background is essential

Experience with international payments and banking operations

Strong understanding of invoicing, expense documentation, accounting, and tax requirements

Highly independent and proactive — we are looking for someone who does not wait for instructions but identifies what needs to be done and proposes solutions

Strong attention to detail and financial responsibility

Good English

Part-time initially , with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time position as the company grows.
