About the role

Develop and produce AI-based videos with professional visual quality and in accordance with industry standards. Manage the end-to-end production process, from concept, visuals, AI generation, voiceover, lipsync, editing, to final output. Produce videos quickly without compromising quality, meeting daily or weekly production targets. Translate briefs or concepts into engaging videos by understanding visual storytelling, pacing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and cinematography. Determine angles, framing, shot types, and camera movements to enhance video quality and storytelling. Ensure AI results appear realistic, consistent, and professional, and perform revisions or iterations if results do not meet standards. Stay updated with the latest AI technology and tools to improve production quality and efficiency. Work independently, make creative decisions, and complete work without requiring detailed or step-by-step instructions. Provide regular progress updates and respond to communication, feedback, and production needs.

Key responsibilities

About you

Minimum 1 year professional experience in AI video production

Strong portfolio demonstrating visual quality and editing capability

Proficiency with AI tools for video generation, image generation, voiceover, and lipsync

Strong visual sense and attention to detail

Understanding of video production beyond prompt creation

Knowledge of cinematography fundamentals, camera language, composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, and storytelling

Ability to produce realistic, consistent, and professional-looking AI videos

Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and achieve production targets without compromising quality

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high initiative

Responsive communication and openness to feedback and revisions

Quick learner actively following AI video technology developments

Honest, responsible, disciplined, with strong work ethic
