About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Accountant to manage the full set of accounts and statutory compliance for PT Kreative Wall Indonesia, while also supporting the accounting and financial reporting for our Singapore and Malaysia operations. This role goes beyond bookkeeping. The Accountant is expected to ensure our accounts are accurate, compliant and properly reconciled, while providing management with clear financial reports for decision-making.

Key responsibilities

Manage full set of accounts for PT Kreative Wall Indonesia.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax, accounting and statutory requirements, including all required monthly and annual filings.

Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors and relevant external parties where required.

Maintain accounting records for Singapore and Malaysia operations.

Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.

Perform bank, payment and marketplace reconciliations.

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Reconcile sales and payouts from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopify and other marketplaces.

Monitor inventory, Cost of Goods Sold and stock valuation.

Prepare cash-flow forecasts and monitor upcoming supplier payments, payroll, taxes and other commitments.

About you

Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Experience handling full sets of accounts.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting, taxation and PT / PT PMA compliance.

Experience supporting Singapore and/or Malaysia accounts is preferred.

Good reconciliation and analytical skills.

Experience in eCommerce, retail, inventory or marketplace accounting is highly advantageous.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate financial matters clearly.

Proactive, detail-oriented and able to identify issues from the numbers, rather than simply recording transactions.
