Motion Graphics Designer

PixelBull is looking for an experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our remote creative team.

This is a motion-first role . We’re looking for someone who specializes in motion graphics, animation, and video — not someone who only does motion occasionally. You should have a strong design eye and be able to turn creative briefs into polished, engaging content for different brands.

What You’ll Create

Motion graphics for paid ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns

Short-form videos, animations, loops, and explainers

Kinetic typography and text animation

Transitions, effects, and compositing

Logo and product animations

Video editing and motion adaptations for social platforms

Occasional static design to support motion projects

Required Skills

Adobe After Effects — Expert level / core requirement

Adobe Premiere Pro

Photoshop & Illustrator

Figma

Strong understanding of animation, timing, typography, composition, storytelling, and visual effects

Nice to have: Basic sound design and experience creating paid advertising/performance marketing content.

Motion graphics is your specialty

Strong creative and design eye

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to create polished, professional animations

Comfortable working from briefs and brand guidelines

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects

Good English and communication skills

Interview Process

1. HR Interview — Short interview covering English, experience, and availability.

2. Paid Creative Test — A paid motion graphics test based on the type of work we create at PixelBull.

3. Creative Director Interview — Final discussion about your test, experience, and creative process.
