Indosurfaris is a hospitality company with a focus on surf camps in Bali, welcoming surfers from all over the world. We are looking for a tech-savvy and motivated AI Visibility & Outreach Assistant to join our IT team in a full-time remote role.

Everything in this role has one end goal: when someone asks an AI tool like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity about surf camps and surf holidays in Bali, our brands should be part of the answer. AI tools learn from communities, reviews, articles, and links across the web. Your job is to build that footprint every day, and to use AI tools and practical technical skills to do it faster and to measure whether it is working.

The role is a mix of three things: online outreach and community work, hands-on work with AI tools, and practical IT tasks such as updating website content, tracking results, and keeping our tools and lists organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join conversations on Reddit, Quora, surf forums, and travel communities where people are planning surf camp stays in Bali, and add genuinely helpful comments and answers.

• Reach out to website owners, bloggers, and partners for backlink exchanges and features, and follow up until there is an answer.

• Research surf and travel blogs, news sites, directories, and best surf camp roundups where our brands could be featured, and build outreach lists from what you find.

• Monitor and respond to reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms, and help grow the number of guest reviews.

• Use Claude and other AI tools every day to research, draft outreach messages, answers, and content, then edit everything so it reads like a real person wrote it.

• Test how AI tools answer questions about surf camps in Bali, track where our brands appear, and report changes over time.

• Build and maintain prompts, Claude Projects, and simple AI workflows that make the outreach work faster and more consistent.

• Update website pages, blog posts, and FAQs in WordPress based on existing templates, so AI tools can find and understand our content.

• Check backlinks and brand mentions using SEO tools such as Ahrefs or Semrush.

• Keep outreach lists, link trackers, and results organized in Google Sheets or Excel, using formulas and simple automations where useful.

• Report weekly on what you did, what was published, and what results came in.

• Assist the IT team with general tasks and technical questions when needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Very good written English. Your comments and messages are public and represent our brands.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work, beyond asking simple questions.

• Tech-savvy: comfortable learning new software quickly and solving basic technical problems on your own.

• Basic experience with WordPress or another website editor.

• Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.

• Understanding of how online communities work, especially Reddit.

• Comfortable contacting people you do not know and following up professionally.

• Ability to write naturally and adapt your tone to different communities.

• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and ask questions when something is unclear.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.

• Comfortable using time-monitoring software during working hours. This is required for this role.

• Stable internet connection and your own laptop or computer.

• No degree or formal education required.

Who Is This Role For?

This role is ideal for someone who likes being online, enjoys writing, and is curious about AI and technology. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable around websites, spreadsheets, and new tools, and able to figure things out on your own.

We are looking for someone who uses initiative rather than waiting to be told exactly what to post. Full training is provided, but the right candidate takes ownership of the work and keeps it moving.

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

Team members can organize their own daily working hours as long as the required full-time hours are completed, tasks are delivered on time, and communication with the team remains clear.

Time-monitoring software is required and must be used during working hours.
