About us Robo Loans is an Australian car and asset finance broker. We run on systems: our CRM, website, messaging and AI agents do much of the work a back office would. Our founder wants a builder who works closely with him, remotely.

The role You'll own the systems that run the business week to week. You'll build automations, connect our tools, and put AI agents to work where they save time. You'll ship something every week.

What you'll do

Build and maintain CRM automations and integrations (Zoho CRM, webhooks, APIs)

Build AI agents and workflows (OpenAI or Claude APIs, n8n or Make) that sort leads and hand them to brokers at the right moment

Run our web forms and sites (Netlify or similar) and keep lead tracking accurate (UTMs, Meta Pixel and Conversions API)

Connect SMS and WhatsApp messaging (Twilio or WhatsApp Business API)

Write short notes on how things work, and demo what you've shipped

What you need

About 3–5 years building web systems, including at least one you owned end to end

JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, and confidence with APIs, webhooks and scripts

Hands-on use of an automation tool (n8n, Make or Zapier) and at least one AI/LLM project that went live

Professional-level spoken and written English: you'll work every day with Australian briefs, processes and colleagues

Happy to show your work: commits, short demo videos, a shared ticket board

Able to work remotely from anywhere in Indonesia

Nice to have: Zoho CRM, Netlify or Vercel, Twilio, Meta Conversions API, fintech or lending experience.

What we offer

IDR 10–20 million a month gross, depending on experience and a paid trial task
