Executive Assistant & Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Remote | Full-Time | Reports to Founder/CEO

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant & Digital Marketing Operations Manager who can support the founder, manage the team, and work hands-on across digital marketing.

This is not a traditional EA role. We need someone who can move comfortably between strategy, execution, and management .

What You’ll Do

Manage the founder’s priorities, calendar, meetings, and follow-ups

Coordinate the team and keep projects, deadlines, and deliverables on track

Turn ideas into clear action plans

Manage launches, webinars, campaigns, and ongoing marketing projects

Create and edit marketing content, emails, ads, and campaign copy when needed

Build or update landing pages, funnels, CRM workflows, and automations

Support Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing

Review campaign performance and identify what needs improvement

Manage freelancers or specialists when appropriate

Step in and execute directly when needed

What We’re Looking For

You are:

Highly organised and proactive

Strong at both strategy and execution

Comfortable managing people and projects

Experienced in digital marketing

Able to write strong marketing copy

Familiar with funnels, CRM, ads, content, and analytics

Tech-confident and quick to learn

Resourceful, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership

Experience with tools such as Notion, Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, GoHighLevel, email marketing platforms, and AI tools is highly valuable.

What Success Looks Like

You help turn ideas into execution, keep the team accountable, make sure campaigns move forward, and reduce the amount of operational follow-up required from the founder.
