Appointment Setting Experience Essential | Base + Commission | Career Progression

We’re a fast-growing solar & battery company helping homeowners reduce their energy bills, and we’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team.

Previous appointment-setting experience is essential.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to work leads, build rapport quickly, handle objections and turn conversations into quality booked appointments.

📞 The Role

This is an over-the-phone appointment-setting role where you'll:

Call and engage with homeowners

Work a mixture of new and existing leads

Build rapport and identify customer needs

Create interest in solar & battery solutions

Handle objections confidently

Book qualified appointments for our sales team

Follow up leads and opportunities

Maintain accurate notes and activities

Work towards individual and team targets

👀 What We're Looking For

We're specifically looking for someone with previous appointment-setting experience who can hit the ground running.

You'll ideally have:

Proven experience in appointment setting, telesales or outbound lead generation

Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls

Strong objection-handling skills

Excellent phone communication and rapport-building ability

Experience working towards KPIs and appointment targets

The ability to qualify leads rather than simply fill a calendar

Strong follow-up and organisation skills

A self-motivated, reliable and results-driven attitude
