Experienced Appointment Setter – Remote / Work from Home

Hours: Monday – Friday | 10:00am – 3:00pm & 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Pay: $1,050 per week + uncapped commissions

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter who knows their way around a phone and doesn't need hand-holding.

The role is a mix of outbound and inbound calls. You'll qualify prospects and book them in with our Sales Strategists. Your job is to have good conversations, work out who's a genuine fit, and get the right people into the calendar.

The 5pm to 6pm block is when a lot of our clients are free to talk after work, so it's often the best hour of the day.

What You'll Be Doing

Outbound calling - generating interest from older enquiries

Calling warm and new leads provided by the business

Running structured conversations to identify suitable prospects

Booking qualified appointments for the Sales team

Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date

Hitting daily and weekly booking targets

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling or phone sales

Confidence on the phone and the ability to build rapport quickly

Resilience. Rejection doesn't slow you down

Self-motivation. You manage your own day without someone watching over you

Ability to follow a framework while still sounding like a real person

A reliable computer, stable internet and a quiet, dedicated space to work from
