Our ads have been seen over 1.4 billion times in more than 20 countries, and we've spent more than $40 million on social media ads along the way. We plant a tree for every order too, with a goal of 1 million trees by the end of 2026.

About the Role 🎬

This is a Creative Strategist role with a twist: every ad you make will be generated entirely with AI. To do it, you'll have cutting edge AI models at your fingertips, alongside our own proprietary software. No cameras, no actors, no creators to brief and no stock footage. You'll produce a finished UGC style video ad every day, see it go live across the major social platforms, and earn uncapped bonuses for every ad that becomes a winner.

Here's what that looks like day to day:

Come up with the concept and write a natural script that sounds like a real customer, not a brand

Generate an AI avatar to star in the ad, plus the product shots and scenes around it

Edit everything into a finished, platform ready ad

Watch the performance data, learn what's winning and feed it into your next ad

Collaborate with our international team of creative strategists

You won't be figuring this out alone. We already have 14 full-time team members doing exactly this, and we've built a thorough training program with detailed documentation off the back of it. No AI experience is required ; a creative strategist's instincts are what we're after, and we'll teach you the rest.

What We're Looking For 🔍

A background in creative strategy, advertising, content production or a related creative field

Great taste in social media content: you know a good video when you see one, and you can explain why it works

Confident writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling

Curiosity and the ability to pick up new tools quickly

Self motivated and organised, with the discipline to thrive remotely

No prior AI experience needed; full training provided

$100,000 – $130,000 per year, including super
