About the Role

Be the senior technical voice within a product squad, combining hands-on engineering with architecture and technical leadership. You’ll ship code, own technical direction, mentor engineers and make pragmatic decisions around scalability, security and reliability.

Skills & Experience

8+ years designing and building large-scale software systems

Strong C# .NET Framework / .NET Core and REST API expertise

Azure PaaS and Azure Web App experience

Strong architecture and system design capability

GitHub, CI/CD and modern engineering workflows

Experience with RAG, evaluations, Semantic Kernel or MS Agent Framework

Strong technical leadership, mentoring and communication skills
