This full-time position is primarily home-based, with flexibility in start and finish times within usual business hours, as agreed with your manager. Travel may be required for training and in-person team days (location in Perth).
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Bookkeeper, you will support day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable support and reconciliations across multiple entities and park locations.
We’re continuing to refine our Finance processes and ways of working, so you’ll need to be comfortable adapting, learning new systems and contributing positively as processes evolve.

Processing supplier invoices using Microsoft Dynamics and ProSpend.
Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies.
Assisting with supplier onboarding, including verifying ABNs and bank account details.
Processing and reconciling company credit card expenses.
Assisting with intercompany transactions and preparing supplier remittance advices.
Tracking and processing payments for registrations, licences and other compliance requirements.
Supporting Park Managers with finance queries and outstanding account balances.
Assisting with bank reconciliations and reconciling transaction data from Nayax and other income streams.
Responding promptly and professionally to suppliers, parks and internal stakeholders.
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the Finance team with general administration.
What you’ll bring
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable or an Accounts Officer role.
A sound understanding of bookkeeping processes and experience using an ERP system.
Experience working across multiple entities or business locations.
Strong reconciliation and data-entry skills, with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to organise competing priorities, meet deadlines and follow financial processes and controls.
Clear, professional communication and a collaborative approach.
Flexibility and confidence learning new systems and adapting to changing processes.
Integrity, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred but not essential. If you haven’t used Dynamics, you’ll need to demonstrate experience with other ERP systems and the ability to learn and adapt to a new platform.
Experience using ProSpend or a similar expense-management system will also be highly regarded.
Working from home and staying connected
We offer the flexibility of working from home while remaining part of a supportive team. You’ll need to work independently, communicate proactively and stay involved through regular online meetings and in-person team days.
To be successful, you will need:
A suitable, professional home-office setup and reliable internet connection.
Availability to work full-time, with start and finish times agreed within usual business hours.
Residence in Perth or the surrounding area, Western Australia.
The ability to travel to attend in-person team days.
