IMI, a global electronics manufacturer, seeks a short-term contractor to automate processing of supplier price increases affecting thousands of finished-goods assemblies. Supplier updates arrive through emails, PDF attachments, and Excel files.

The work includes extracting supplier name, manufacturer/supplier part number, new price, currency, unit of measure, quantity breaks; retrieving previous prices when missing; matching supplier part numbers to IMI internal part numbers; flagging uncertain matches, missing fields, duplicates, and conflicting prices; exporting approved changes into a structured Excel table or database; and connecting validated updates to a BOM costing workflow to calculate old versus new material costs by finished assembly. The contractor should also preserve a link to each source document and provide documentation and training for our team.

Microsoft Power Automate, AI Builder document processing, Outlook/SharePoint integration, and Excel/Power Query or SQL.

SAP MM MODULE AND RELATED DATA EXPERIENCE are ALSO strongly preferred. Please clearly state whether you can deliver both document extraction and BOM cost recalculation.
