Extract email campaign performance data from GoHighLevel (API, automation or AI)

I need help getting email performance data out of GoHighLevel (GHL) for regular reporting.

The problem:

Email campaigns are fine, and I can already pull their performance data.

Email templates are the problem. In GHL, a template's performance data isn't stored with the template. It lives inside the automations (workflows) where the template is used. To see the numbers, you have to open each workflow, find the email step, and click its performance stats. With many workflows and templates, doing this by hand isn't practical.

What I need:

A way to retrieve per-template performance data from workflow email steps, including:

- template name, workflow name, email step name and subject line
- sent, delivered, opened and clicked counts, plus rates
- bounces, unsubscribes and spam complaints
- ideally, totals per template when the same template is used in several workflows
- filtering by date range (for example, last month)
- It can be using API or using an AI agent.

1. Have you retrieved email campaign statistics from GHL before? How did you do it: API endpoint, webhook, AI, or something else?
2. Which approach would you suggest here, and why?
3. What would you need from me (access level, API key, sub-account ID)?
4. Estimated time and cost for a working version.
