AI Engineer – Warm Lead Scraping & Prospect-Finding Platform

We're a sales and lead generation company. We need an AI automation engineer to build a platform that finds and scrapes warm leads, meaning prospects who show real signs of being interested in or needing the type of service we offer, not just a generic contact list.

What we need

A working platform or tool that identifies and pulls prospects showing buying signals relevant to our service (for example: public complaints about the problem we solve, hiring signals, ad spend, review patterns, or other signs of active need).
A way to score or rank leads by how warm they are, not just a flat list.
Output we can use directly: contact info plus the reason each lead was flagged as warm.
Built to run repeatedly (daily or weekly), not a one-time script.

Requirements

Proven experience building lead-generation or web-scraping tools, ideally with AI/automation involved (not just a basic scraper).
Comfortable working with public APIs and data sources, and honest about what's safe/compliant vs. what risks account bans or legal issues (we will not use methods that violate a platform's terms of service).
Can explain technical tradeoffs in plain language.
