Automate AI Startup Hiring Posts

We post lists of AI startups that recently raised money and are hiring. The attached post is a good example.

Today this works for one LinkedIn profile, partly by hand. A Claude scheduled task finds the companies and saves a draft in Postbeam, our LinkedIn scheduler. Then a person tags the companies it missed, edits the writing, and schedules the post.

We want to run it on about 10 team profiles, each covering its own AI sector, twice a week, with much less manual work.

What we need:
- A reliable way to find AI startups that just raised money and are hiring (we have access to crunchbase but ideally we can just use claude agent for this and have it find startups automatically without crunchbase or other tools but open to ideas here)
- Every company tagged to the right LinkedIn page
- No company repeated across profiles (maybe a couple of repeats is ok but we dont want whole posts repeated across profiles)
- Drafts that sound like each person, not like AI

Must-haves:
- A post that gets inserted into our scheduling tool that connects via mcp to cluade
- Built in our accounts, documented, and easy for our ops lead to run without you
- Low monthly cost. We'd rather keep our current tools unless you show us why not.

Fixed price, paid in milestones. Milestone 1: your plan, plus a second profile running end to end

Looking for someone who has done verifiable work that is close or identical to what we need done instead of someone who will try to figure this out

We have mostly figured stuff as i mentioned so looking for more optimal ways of doing this also if there is such way and if not, someone who can scale what we already have.
