Seeking a freelancer to research multifamily community managers in Wisconsin and the Chicago suburbs. The work includes identifying relevant professionals, gathering contact details, and organizing findings into a clear, easy-to-use list. You should be comfortable working independently, following instructions carefully, and delivering accurate, well-structured results. This is a short-term project for someone who can complete the research efficiently and communicate progress clearly throughout the engagement.

I need a researcher with a normal LinkedIn account to manually identify and document about 32 property and community managers. This is not a scraping job. Do not use bots, extensions, proxies, or bulk export tools. Use LinkedIn search while logged in, open the matching profile, and use LinkedIn’s own Save to PDF. If there is no Save to PDF, print the profile to PDF from the browser.
Market: southern Wisconsin and the northern Chicago suburbs, especially Pleasant Prairie, Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, Gurnee, Mundelein, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, and Crystal Lake. Asset type is multifamily apartments.
For each person I will provide name, claimed title, and claimed employer. Find the profile that matches that person. If the current employer or title does not match, still save the profile and flag the mismatch. If you cannot find a profile after a reasonable search, mark NOT FOUND. Do not guess.
Deliver for each person:

A PDF of the full public profile, named ID_Last_First.pdf.
The exact profile URL.
A row in one spreadsheet: ID, name on profile, current title, current employer, location, years in current role, prior employers and titles with dates, education, licenses, profile URL, match confidence (high / medium / low), and a one-line note if the employer or title does not match my list.

Match rule: same name plus apartment or property-management experience in Wisconsin or Illinois. If two people share the name, save both and mark which one fits.
Fixed fee for the full list. Milestone 1 is the first 10 profiles and the spreadsheet so I can check match quality before you finish the rest.
